A genuinely fun and easy experience. We didn't have to worry about a single thing on the logistics side. The bus looked great, the sound was good, and the whole group around Topeka stayed in high spirits. Five stars from all of us.

Party Bus Lincoln has been coordinating group transportation across the Great Plains since 2011, and Topeka is one of our most active markets. We give groups access to a fleet that ranges from nimble 14-passenger Sprinter limos to 56-passenger charter buses — so whether you are moving a wedding party of 20 between the Gage Park Pavilion and a Topeka hotel, or shuttling 50 employees to a conference at the Kansas Expocentre, the right vehicle is already in the network.

Our 24/7 reservation team is always one call away to sort out logistics, adjust pickup windows, confirm drop-off curbs, or add a stop to your itinerary.

Party buses in our Topeka fleet come loaded with color-changing LED cabin lighting, a built-in bar, wraparound perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, and a premium Bluetooth sound system — so the energy is already high before anyone reaches the venue. Minibuses offer plush reclining seats and powerful climate control, which matters when a Kansas summer afternoon turns a parking lot into an oven. Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, WiFi, and overhead storage — the right call when your group is hauling gear, luggage for a multi-day trip, or equipment for a corporate presentation.

As a general guide: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Topeka's road layout is not complicated, but the coordination is. Downtown parking around the Kansas State Capitol is genuinely limited on weekday mornings, the Kansas Expocentre's lot on Topeka Boulevard fills fast on concert nights, and I-70 through central Topeka backs up reliably during rush hour and on Washburn home football weekends. A party bus or charter bus rental through Party Bus Lincoln takes care of all of it — your group is picked up at the door, dropped at the curb, and picked up again when the event ends, with one flat price covering the whole day.
Since 2011, we have coordinated thousands of group trips across Nebraska and Kansas: school field trips, corporate shuttles, prom nights, wedding weekends, and stadium runs. Our 24/7/365 reservation team is always reachable, pricing is fully transparent before you commit, and our fleet covers every group size from a small bridal party to a full corporate delegation. We offer a massive variety of vehicles, meaning you never have to pay for seats you don't need — and because we work with groups across every occasion, we know the drop-off curbs, the local event calendars, and the logistics questions worth asking before they catch you off guard on the day of the trip.

Party Bus Lincoln arranges group transportation for every occasion across Topeka and the surrounding region — from airport transfers and Expocentre concert shuttles to wedding loops, prom nights, field trips, and brewery crawls. Whatever brings your group together, we have a vehicle and a plan ready. Call 502-242-0101 to get your group moving today!

Most Topeka groups traveling by air move through Topeka Regional Airport (FOE) (5939 SE Sky Line Blvd, Topeka, KS 66619) for shorter hops, or make the 65-mile run west on I-70 to Manhattan Regional Airport (MHK) (1 Terminal Dr, Manhattan, KS 66503) — and larger delegations frequently head to Kansas City International Airport (MCI) (1 Kansas City Airport Rd, Kansas City, MO 64153), about 65 miles northeast via I-70. Coordinating that drive in separate cars means multiple vehicles, multiple parking arrangements, and the near-certainty that someone's flight lands at a different time than the group expected.
A Topeka airport shuttle bus rental cuts out the juggling. Everyone loads at one address, the route to KCI or MHK is handled, and undercarriage bays swallow the luggage so nothing rides in anyone's lap. For groups flying into Topeka from out of town, we have the bus ready and adjust pickup to the actual landing time — no one stands at the curb waiting.
Call 502-242-0101 to book your airport transfer today.

Topeka's bar and nightlife scene runs along SW 6th Avenue and through the NOTO Arts District on North Kansas Avenue — a walkable stretch of bars, live-music venues, and cocktail lounges that is genuinely easier to enjoy when nobody in the group is responsible for driving home. A Topeka bachelorette party bus rental handles the routing between stops — from a pregame dinner at Cactus Bar & Grill (1442 SW Urish Rd, Topeka, KS 66615) to the NOTO District for late-night drinks — while your group keeps the celebration going inside the cabin with the built-in bar, LED lighting, and a custom playlist running through the sound system.
No drawing straws for a designated driver, no splitting the group into a caravan of cars, and no one stuck watching the clock because they drove. We will build the route around your itinerary — just give us the stops and the start time. Call 502-242-0101 now to lock in your date.

A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable entrances a Sweet 16 or quinceañera guest of honor can make. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses are fully customizable — coordinate a color scheme, pre-load a playlist, and arrange a photo stop at Gage Park (635 SW Gage Blvd, Topeka, KS 66606) before heading to the reception venue.
Topeka has a strong tradition of quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations, and event venues across the metro fill up on weekend nights — particularly in spring and early fall. Rather than asking your guests to park on their own and find the venue, a birthday party bus rental in Topeka keeps everyone together from pickup to the final toast. For adult milestone birthdays heading to a night out along SW 6th Avenue or the NOTO District, the party bus format means no one sits out the celebration because they're the designated driver.
Call 502-242-0101 any time to plan your Topeka birthday trip.

The Kansas Expocentre (1 Expocentre Dr, Topeka, KS 66612) is Topeka's main indoor arena and the venue for the biggest touring acts that come through the capital city. Its lot off Topeka Boulevard handles a solid crowd on a normal night, but on a sellout show — the kind where the Topeka Boulevard and I-70 on-ramps slow to a crawl — finding a spot close to the entrance becomes a real problem, and rideshare pickups after the show mean a wait in a crowd of thousands.
A Topeka concert bus rental takes your group straight to the Expocentre entrance and the bus waits nearby for the post-show pickup — no hunting for your car in the dark, no surge pricing at midnight. The party bus version of that trip adds a Bluetooth sound system and LED lighting so the energy builds from pickup to first song. Call 502-242-0101 to book your concert transportation.

Corporate groups in Topeka move between a handful of key corridors — downtown near the Kansas State Capitol, the SW 6th Avenue commercial district, and the BNSF Railway campus and associated industrial hubs east of I-470. Getting a full delegation from a hotel to a conference at the Ramada by Wyndham Topeka Downtown (420 SE 6th Ave, Topeka, KS 66607) or a reception at the White Lakes Golf Club (3073 SW 21st St, Topeka, KS 66604) in separate vehicles means someone is always late and someone is always hunting for the right entrance.
A Topeka corporate charter bus keeps your entire team on schedule and on the same bus — WiFi and power outlets mean the ride is productive rather than wasted, and the bus drops everyone at the right door without a parking scramble. For recurring employee shuttle routes between campuses or hotels and convention spaces, we build custom loop schedules. Call 502-242-0101 to discuss corporate shuttle options.

Planning a large group outing across Topeka? A Topeka charter bus or minibus rental keeps your itinerary running smoothly whether you're organizing a family reunion at Lake Shawnee (3435 SE East Edge Rd, Topeka, KS 66605), a church retreat, or a multi-stop graduation weekend that covers multiple venues across the city.
In late summer, Huff 'N Puff Hot Air Balloon Rally draws thousands of spectators to Topeka Regional Airport — and the narrow access roads around the airfield turn chaotic as cars try to park and access the flight line simultaneously. One charter bus drops your group at the event perimeter and cuts out the parking scramble entirely. For the Fiesta Topeka festival in June, which takes over Gage Park and the surrounding blocks, street parking evaporates quickly and a private bus keeps the whole group together from arrival through the closing performance.
Instead of splitting your crew across five cars and spending the evening trying to regroup, one bus handles everyone for a single, predictable rate. Call 502-242-0101 to build your custom transportation plan.

Prom season in Topeka — running from late April through mid-May — is the single busiest window for party bus rentals in the market. High schools across Shawnee County hold proms within a compressed 4–5 week span, and demand for the right-size vehicles spikes hard. Book by December or expect premium pricing and limited availability by February.
A typical prom rental — school pickup, a photo stop at the Kansas State Capitol grounds (300 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, KS 66612) for the classic backdrop shot, venue drop-off, and after-party return — books 4–6 months out at standard rates and jumps significantly closer to the date. We work with parent committees and student groups across Topeka and Shawnee County to set up prom transportation that runs on your schedule and keeps every chaperone's checklist covered. Homecoming shuttles operate under the same calendar pressure.
Call 502-242-0101 today to secure your date before the window closes.

Teachers and administrators across Topeka-USD 501 trust Party Bus Lincoln for school field trip transportation because we understand the logistics — right-size vehicles, confirmed pickup windows, and a crew that gets students to the door and back on time.
Charter buses provide a real comfort step up from a yellow school bus: overhead storage for backpacks and lunch bags, climate control for a Kansas spring afternoon that can swing 30 degrees by noon, and TV monitors for educational content or a movie on the way back. For a field trip to Combat Air Museum (7016 SE Forbes Ave, Topeka, KS 66619) at Topeka Regional Airport, or a science day at the Kansas Children's Discovery Center (4400 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, KS 66604) at Gage Park, one well-timed charter bus gets the full group there together without the carpooling math. On select vehicles, onboard restrooms mean no unscheduled pit stops on longer routes.
ADA-accessible buses are available — just let us know before your departure date so we can match the right vehicle. Call 502-242-0101 for school field trip transportation in Topeka.

Washburn University's athletic events draw strong crowds to the Topeka campus on SW 17th Street, and on football Saturdays, parking around Yager Stadium (1700 SW College Ave, Topeka, KS 66621) fills early. Away trips — whether your group is heading to Bill Snyder Family Stadium in Manhattan, Kansas (60 miles west on I-70) for a K-State game, or making the 65-mile run to David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium in Lawrence for a KU matchup — mean someone is stuck driving while everyone else tailgates.
A Topeka sporting event charter bus rental changes that. Your group rides together, the pregame builds on board, and the game-day budget stays predictable — one flat rate rather than multiple gas fills, parking passes, and post-game rideshare surges. For K-State away games in Manhattan, leave the I-70 crawl to everyone else; your group arrives at the tailgate lot together and on schedule.
Call 502-242-0101 to set up your game-day transportation.

A Topeka wedding shuttle keeps your guests moving between the ceremony, the reception, and the hotel without asking anyone to navigate unfamiliar streets after an evening of celebrating. Popular reception venues like the Ramada Downtown Ballroom, White Lakes Golf Club (3073 SW 21st St, Topeka, KS 66604), and Heartland Visitation Center are spread across different quadrants of the city — which makes a shuttle loop the practical answer over asking every guest to drive independently.
Because Party Bus Lincoln has been coordinating group trips since 2011, your wedding timeline stays tight: confirmed pickup windows, staged departures, and a single point of contact from the first quote to the last drop-off of the night. Nobody in your wedding party walks four blocks in heels through a downtown parking garage. For the bachelorette the night before, a party bus rental in Topeka handles the NOTO District bar crawl with a built-in bar and LED lighting included.
Call 502-242-0101 for a free wedding transportation quote.

The Kansas wine trail is closer to Topeka than most people realize. Glacial Hills Vineyard sits just north of the metro near Holton, and On The Vine wine bar in downtown Topeka (120 SE 8th Ave, Topeka, KS 66603) makes an easy first stop before heading out into the countryside. Pair that with the craft beer taprooms along the NOTO Arts District on North Kansas Avenue — Norsemen Brewing (833 N Kansas Ave, Topeka, KS 66608) is the anchor — and a full afternoon-to-evening tour route builds itself naturally.
A Topeka party bus rental keeps your group together for every stop, handles all the routing between venues, and means nobody is stuck as the sober one counting drinks. No splitting into separate cars, no hunting for parking at each new stop, no rideshare coordination at the end of the night. Your group stays in one bus, the stops follow your itinerary, and the party bus cabin keeps the mood up between tastings.

Party Bus Lincoln proudly serves Topeka, Kansas and every nearby community across Metro Lincoln. If you don't see your city listed, call us at 502-242-0101 — we go anywhere your group needs to roll!
A genuinely fun and easy experience. We didn't have to worry about a single thing on the logistics side. The bus looked great, the sound was good, and the whole group around Topeka stayed in high spirits. Five stars from all of us.

Leopold G.
Couldn't have asked for better. The reservation was clear, the bus was punctual, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. Our group loved being able to celebrate together instead of scattering across cars. Great value and a great time. Will rebook.
Anneliese R.
Everything was handled exactly as promised. No surprises on the price, no waiting around at pickup, and a clean roomy bus that fit our whole crew. It made coordinating a big group feel effortless. Highly recommend for any group event.
Fitzgerald M.
The bus was the highlight of our whole outing. Comfortable, clean, and with a vibe that got everyone excited from the start. Booking was quick and the help I got over the phone was friendly. Getting around was a breeze. Loved it.
Topeka party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, the date, and how long your group needs the bus. General ranges: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Weekend dates and peak-season windows — prom season, Washburn graduation, and Kansas Expocentre show nights — run at the higher end.
Call 502-242-0101 for an exact all-inclusive quote on your specific date, or pull one up in under 30 seconds through our online tool.
For groups of 15–30 hitting the NOTO Arts District bars on North Kansas Avenue or the SW 6th Avenue corridor, a 20–30 passenger party bus is the sweet spot — big enough for the full crew, maneuverable enough for Topeka's downtown streets, and equipped with a built-in bar and LED lighting so the celebration is already underway before the first stop. For smaller groups of 10–14, a Sprinter limo handles the same itinerary with premium seating and a smaller size. Tell us your headcount and your first stop and we'll match you with the right vehicle.
Yes — and it is one of our most common Topeka requests. Both routes run on I-70: Manhattan is roughly 60 miles west (about 55–65 minutes in normal traffic), and Lawrence is about 30 miles east (roughly 30–35 minutes). Full-size charter buses in our fleet carry up to 56 passengers with undercarriage bays for tailgate gear, and the onboard restroom means no stop-and-go on a highway that gets congested during game-day traffic near the exits.
Your group arrives together, and the bus can wait near the tailgate lot while you enjoy the pregame. Call 502-242-0101 to lock in your game-day bus.
Charter buses serving the Kansas Expocentre (1 Expocentre Dr, Topeka, KS 66612) typically unload at the main entrance off Topeka Boulevard — the surface lot wraps the building and the drop curb puts your group steps from the front doors. On sellout concert nights, that same lot fills from the Topeka Boulevard entrance inward, and rideshare pickups after the show mean a wait in a crowd that stretches into the parking rows. A charter bus waits nearby and picks up your group at a confirmed window, not when an app decides to dispatch a car.
We recommend checking the official Kansas Expocentre website for any event-specific access notes before your visit.
Three to six months out is the general rule for most occasions — but prom season requires more lead time. Topeka-area high schools schedule proms across a tight 4–5 week window in late April and May, and availability for the right-size party bus tightens by January. A typical 30-person, 6-hour prom rental booked in December versus booked in March can be a difference of $800–$1,200 in total cost, not counting the risk of the vehicle you need being gone.
For Washburn graduation weekends and big Kansas Expocentre shows, 2–3 months out is workable — but the earlier your group commits, the more options you have. Call 502-242-0101 as soon as your date is set.
For most Topeka occasions — weddings, corporate events, birthday trips, and airport transfers — booking at least two to three months in advance secures the best vehicle at the best price. For prom season (late April–May), book by December. For a Kansas Expocentre arena concert or a major Washburn sporting event, 6–8 weeks out is the minimum if you want flexibility on vehicle type.
The online quote tool shows real-time availability, or call 502-242-0101 any time and a reservation specialist will tell you exactly what's open for your date.
Topeka's mix of state government landmarks, university events, cultural festivals, and green space creates a strong range of group destinations. Whether your trip is recreational, educational, or celebratory, the stops below are some of our most-requested — with the logistics details that matter before you arrive.

The Kansas State Capitol stands at the center of Topeka's downtown grid and is one of the state's most photographed landmarks — a natural stop for school field trips, political events, and wedding photos. Free guided dome tours run Monday through Friday on the hour from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The building's surrounding blocks along SW 10th Avenue and Kansas Avenue are zoned for state business, so oversized vehicle parking requires coordination ahead of time.
Charter buses typically unload at the designated curb on SW 10th Avenue and wait on nearby side streets while groups tour the building. For legislative session weeks, expect significantly higher foot traffic and limited curb access on the north side. We recommend confirming current tour availability at Kansas Historical Society's Capitol tour page before your visit.

The Kansas Expocentre is Topeka's primary multipurpose arena, seating up to 10,000 for major concerts and hosting the annual Kansas State Fair satellite events, Shrine Circus, hockey, and touring productions throughout the year. The arena sits just off Topeka Boulevard in the Heart of America Sports Complex, where the surface lot wraps the building but fills from the boulevard entrance inward on busy nights. On sellout dates, the Topeka Boulevard approach backs up toward I-70, and rideshare pickups post-event can mean a 20-minute wait in the parking lot crowd.
A charter bus drops your group at the main entrance and waits nearby for a confirmed post-show pickup — no waiting in a surge-priced queue. Check the official Kansas Expocentre events calendar for current show listings.

Gage Park is Topeka's largest public park — 160 acres that include the free Reinisch Rose Garden, a miniature train, carousel, and the adjacent Topeka Zoo & Conservation Center (635 SW Gage Blvd). The park hosts Fiesta Topeka in June, a major Latin cultural festival that draws tens of thousands of attendees over a weekend and saturates every parking row in and around the park boundary. Weekday school visits to the zoo work smoothly through the group entrance on the south end of the park off SW Gage Boulevard, with bus unloading in the designated lot north of the main gate.
On festival weekends, street parking on the surrounding residential blocks fills by mid-morning and SW Gage Boulevard slows significantly. One charter bus drops your group inside the park perimeter and waits elsewhere — far simpler than managing a caravan into an already-full lot.

Combat Air Museum sits at Topeka Regional Airport and houses more than 30 restored military aircraft across two hangars, spanning World War I biplanes through Cold War jets. Admission runs $14 for adults and $8 for children, with group rates available for parties of 20 or more. Open Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m.–4 p.m. and Sunday noon–4 p.m.
The museum shares access roads with the airport's general aviation operations along SE Forbes Avenue, so parking is managed in a surface lot directly in front of the hangars — straightforward for a single bus but a coordination puzzle for a caravan of cars all trying to arrive at once. School groups are a major part of the museum's audience, and the field trip format works cleanly: one charter bus, one arrival time, undercarriage storage for the lunch bags, and a return pickup when the tour wraps. We recommend confirming group visit availability at the Combat Air Museum website before your trip.

Washburn University anchors the southwest side of the city and draws group transportation demand for home football weekends at Yager Stadium, commencement ceremonies at Lee Arena, and recurring conferences and continuing education events at the Washburn Institute of Technology campus on SW 27th Street. Graduation weekend in May is the single largest single-day vehicle demand spike on the Washburn calendar — parking on campus requires a hang tag, and the surrounding residential blocks fill early for the morning ceremony. Charter buses unload at the designated curb on SW College Avenue near the stadium for football, or at the Morgan Hall circle for academic events, then wait on adjacent campus roads.
For game days, arrive two hours before kickoff to clear the lot before the pre-game surge on SW 17th Street. Call 502-242-0101 well ahead of May graduation — that window books fast.

Lake Shawnee is a 415-acre reservoir on the southeast edge of Topeka, managed by Shawnee County Parks and Recreation, with a marina, fishing access, Lake Shawnee Camping Area, picnic shelters, and the adjacent Shawnee County Fairgrounds. Family reunions, church retreats, and large group outings regularly anchor here, especially in summer when the lake access and sheltered pavilions book solid on Saturday mornings. The road network into the southeast end of the park off SE 37th Street handles passenger vehicle traffic fine but becomes congested when multiple large groups arrive simultaneously — and the sheltered picnic area parking fills quickly during the August county fair.
A charter bus or minibus rental drops your whole group at the shelter entrance, stores coolers and gear in the undercarriage bays, and picks everyone up when the event wraps — no multi-car coordination, no argument about who leaves first to beat the exit rush. For shelter reservations, contact Shawnee County Parks well ahead of summer weekend dates.
